Medical Mission Serves Over 200 Families in Antipolo
In partnership with volunteer medical professionals and local church groups, AFCMFI held a one-day medical and dental mission serving over 200 families in Antipolo. The mission included free consultations, basic medicines, dental extractions and cleanings, and hygiene kit distribution.
For many of the families who came, this was their first contact with a doctor or dentist in years. Access to basic healthcare remains a genuine challenge in many parts of Antipolo, particularly in informal settlements and rural barangays.
The HELPS Framework in Action
Health and hygiene is the first pillar of the AFCMFI HELPS Framework — and for good reason. When children are sick, they miss school. When they lack basic hygiene education, they are more vulnerable to illness. Preventive health programs create a foundation that all the other pillars depend on.
We are grateful to every doctor, nurse, and volunteer who gave their Saturday to serve the community. Events like this are only possible because of people who show up.
